I sent email for reservation before my trip begins, but the staff replied email in an extremely slow turnaround time and I took more than 7 days to get confirmation, this is really unacceptable

今次來曼谷6天，到了lets relax 2次，感覺非常好👍，裝修新乾淨服務質素好，下次再會到來.
環境優美，有接駁車接送，職員態度好。熱石舒服，有沖涼房，可以沖涼，按摩之後有水果送
