Very good class. Good teacher and good setup. Learned four dishes. Teacher demonstrates one dish then you do it yourself in their kitchen. You are guided through it. at the end, you eat the food you made in their restaurant. Beautiful space.

Very nice guild and chef teaching all the ingredients and methods. The morning market exploration I had a Thai milk tea and it was great. After cooking I invited my friend to enjoy the meal I cooked together. Overall, I highly recommend this cooking class.

I went with my two kids aged at 11 & 9. I have been worrying that the course would be too long for them, but ended up they enjoyed it so much and asked if they could go again. The chef who taught us was was so friendly and patient. She literally aroused our interests in Thai cooking. Everything was well-prepared and we were even given teaching. handouts

藍象餐廳是曼谷知名的米其林餐廳和料理學校～雖然價位比其他料理學校來的高一些，但課程很精實，一個上午要做四道菜，每天都是不同的菜色，全英語授課，老師示範一道菜，學生就馬上上料理台自己做一道菜，非常的充實，適合想認真學習煮菜的人。上完課後可以選擇將自己喔煮的菜外帶或是內用，內部用餐環境非常優雅有歷史感，絕對值得這個價位。很推薦給喜歡料理的朋友～

Absolutely worth taking the class. The cooking it was much simpler than I thought for its complex taste of Thai food. I hope to make the dish back in my home.

A pleasant afternoon. The teachers were attentive and explained in detail. It was not as difficult as I thought. The learning environment is very comfortable and I would recommend it to friends who like Thai food.

정말 만족스러웠어요. 다음에 또 갈거에요. 저는 영어를 못해서 망설였지만(의사 소통은 잘 안 되고 겨우 알아듣는 정도에 단어만 좀 아는 편) 용기내서 갔어요. 근데 전혀 불편함없이 수업들었어요. 전 방콕이 4번째 방문이고 갈 때마다 1~2주 이상 있다오는데 이 경험이 지금까지 제일 좋았을 정도로 만족합니다. 오전 클래스는 시장에서 재료 설명도 해주시고, 시연후에 시식도 해보고 직접 만들어요. 깨끗한 주방 정리된 재료들 그리고 완성 후 분위기는 레스토랑에서 제가 만든 요리를 먹을 수 있는 게 장점같아요. 전 무조건 다음에 또 갈거에요! 쉐프님들 너무나 친절히 잘 가르쳐주세요💛

Kids love the cooking class, we had chance to go to local market to learn the vegetables ! It’s good to cook us lunch, very cool experience.

非常有歷史意義的建築，廚師非常有耐心，內部裝潢非常高級典雅，市場Tour也非常富有教育意義，每一道菜都非常有泰國的特色，廚房人員也很熱心協助，推薦大家，價格高但一定有其價值！
