This ski package was an absolutely amazing experience! The communication from our guide, Joyce, prior and during the trip was efficient. Everything was well planned and conducted on a strict schedule. The hospitality of the bus driver and Joyce was heartwarming. The package was as detailed on the website. However, do carry money or a credit card with you for minor additions not included in the ski outfit and equipment, I.e. helmet hiring and gloves. We particularly enjoyed the supplementary historical facts and information Joyce provided on Seoul and Korea throughout the trip. That was informative and helpful. The resprt is beautiful and we enjoyed our time there.

It was very good, the guide "eddie jung" was extremely helpful and happy to help and very conversational. He even drove the car up when I needed to get my physical credit card from my bag in the car because the resort do not accept Apple Pay for any sort of food. (Cash and physical cards only). 10/10 guide The snow was great and multiple different levels from beginner to expert. Only thing that was a bit shifty is that the "included ski gear and clothes" didn't include everything. If u want decent gear u have to spend another 10,000-20,000kw for clothes. Then you'll need to buy gloves for 18,000kw. And a helmet for 20,000KW it's still priced well but would've been nice to know of these costs prior as the "ski gear and clothes included" is a little bit misleading. Other then that 10/10 experience. just make sure to have a physical card or cash so u can buy food there. And beware of this addiction costs.

we had a wonderful trip with Honny our guide and instructor. it was our ever first ski experience and we loved it. Hoony was very fun and he made sure that we were always safe and taught us step by step. we appreciated his service much. we did have to pay for using the lifts otherwise it would have been little point but it was necessary for the skiing experience, and it was worth it. we hear that this beginner’s slope is longer but steeper than some other slopes from other similar skiing resorts. One thing to note would be to check if the skiing poles are the correct length before leaving the rental shop, ours were a bit too short.

Had a great day at konjiam resort. Lina was very helpful and guided us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and made sure everything was to our convenience. Highly recommend!

Lina was our guide for the day ski trip. fabulous lady to make the day trip for my family a pleasant one. the mountain itself we only ski at the bottom as its the first time the children tried skiing. good cover of snow on the mountain.

this is our new experience to us. it was so fun to had a ski tour in korea. just 1.5 hour from the central of seoul

Very valuable experience with the best guide Mr Hoon. He is a very nice person and introduced the tourist attractions in Korea very well. He also served as our ski coach that day.

the guide was extremely thoughtful and helpful. ensured we got from point to point and showed up whenever needed.
