Guide Jeny has been really friendly and attentive to the whole tour group since first moment we met till the end of trip. both my tween girl and myself have fully enjoyed this trip, surprisingly enough sufficient time to cover for the 3 locations. Alpaca world may be a little rush to cover fully since we need to walk slopes up and down. Enjoyed nami walk the most, alot of rabbits roam freely around. both the guide service and driver skills are commendable indeed.
Our tour with Miss Hwa was one for the books! She was incredibly accommodating, hands-on, and made sure everything went smoothly. We didn’t encounter any problems throughout the tour, and we had so much fun. Highly recommended!
I absolutely loved this tour and had an amazing first-time experience! Our driver and guide, Mr. Allen Kim, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of interesting stories about Korea. He shared so many fun facts and insights throughout the trip, which kept everyone entertained and made the journey even more enjoyable. We visited the Alpaca World, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. Mr. Kim drove safely and always made sure that everyone in the group was comfortable, accounted for, and enjoying themselves. I travelled with two seniors and one child and the trip was so smooth and everything was on time. The Alpaca World is okay but there will be a little bit of a hike so bringing strollers might be a little challenging. As for the Railbike experience, it’s pretty much downhill and the paddling isn’t so bad, there’s a bit of an uphill part, for maybe abt 50m, where you’re gonna have to pedal hard but it is manageable and the mountain breeze is so refreshing. Nami Island was our last stop and we were pretty much spent but you can rent bikes and ride a cart for a fee if walking is no longer an option to tour the island. Our guide, Lanson, was very helpful and informative and our driver drove us to and fro without a hitch. Overall, worth the price!
Miss Hwa is a very great guide! She made sure to keep us updated the entire tour. Instructions are clear, and reminders are sent every stop. She is friendly and nice to us all. ☺️ Participants just need to be mindful of the time. Highly recommended tour. We had fun. 🥰💜
My sister and I had a great time today! From the very beginning we knew the day would be amazing thanks to our lovely guide Bob. He was very funny and kind and he even gave us a very cute present after we saw the alpacas. The views were amazing and much better than we thought and we saw incredible sceneries. We recommend this trip to any nature lovers, you won’t regret it!
Our tour guide Mr. Shin was very kind and funny! His jokes along the drive were entertaining and he definitely made the trip more exciting. The places we went to were far but very worth the price. This package is the best bang for your buck!
We had a large party of 10… our guides were BOB and SAM. They were SO AWESOME!! This is our first booking ever and they were both so accommodating even before the tour started by calling/messaging me and answering all my questions, being helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and allowed our group to have such an amazing experience. Ms. Hwa was a wonderful guide, very fluent in english. Even before the tour started she was very communicative and accomodating. She is one of the friendliest and nicest tour guide I have met. All 3 activities (alpaca world, rail bike, and nami island) were extremely fun and beautiful to experience. For muslim travellers, although lunch is not included, Ms. Hwa helped to arrange for halal lunch option. A very pleasent experience.

⏰ Fiți punctuali: Autobuzul turistic pleacă strict la timp. Vă rugăm să ajungeți la punctul de întâlnire selectat (Hongdae / Myeongdong / Dongdaemun) cu cel puțin 10–15 minute mai devreme. Sosirile târzii vor fi considerate neprezentare și nu sunt rambursabile.
☔ Politica privind vremea și itinerariul: Turul se desfășoară indiferent de vreme. Cu toate acestea, itinerariul sau ordinea vizitelor pot fi ajustate din motive de siguranță, în funcție de condițiile meteorologice extreme sau locale.
👶 Politica privind sugarii: Copiii sub 36 de luni pot participa gratuit, dar nu li se va oferi un loc separat (trebuie să stea în brațele unui tutore).
🍔 Mese excluse: Taxele de intrare sunt incluse, dar prânzul și cheltuielile personale nu sunt. Ghidul nostru va fi bucuros să vă recomande restaurante locale excelente! (Chuncheon Dakgalbi este foarte recomandat!)
🚲 Locuri pentru biciclete pe șine: Bicicletele pe șine sunt în mod fundamental cu 4 locuri. Călătorii singuri sau în perechi pot împărți o bicicletă cu alți oaspeți.
