Bungy Jumping în Hanmer Springs, Noua Zeelandă

The best!! Even tho me and my partner schedule mixed up!! No staff when we get there to do the bungy. But this lady in the encounter called some staff to help us and do our bungy!! Which was really unexpected!! Great staff!! Highly recommended!!

Good entry level bungy jump. Good video but photo quality was no good as it was against sunlight.

기념티셔츠를 준다고 했는데 아무것도 주지 않았어요. 번지점프 끝나고 강가에서 사무실까지 언덕을 직접 걸어올라가야 해서 좀 힘들었습니다. 카메라를 들고 찍은 영상은 나쁘지않았지만 회사에서 찍은 사진은 검게 나와서 화질이 안좋았습니다.

The bungy experience was great but the service I received at the front desk was poor/terrible. I had booked and paid through klook. The bungy company had my booking but didn't receive any information about confirmed of booking or payment. I was told that I had booked with a company that the front of house stuff had never heard of and no one knew anything about the booking. I felt like I was being talk to like I was in the wrong. After emailing the company my details from Klook they worked it out that my booking and payment had happened and was true. I was with a group of friends for this experience and I feel like it shouldn't have taken three plus of us to try and work through this situation. There was no apology from the front desk staff to explain the confusion. This type of experience has a negative impact on any company and should be sorted for the current economy climate we're in if you want to survive. As I said the guys doing the bungy side were great. But the check in process let the experience down and puts me off recommending this company in the future.
