The Japanese Head Spa treatment is very recommended 🥰✨ they even gave us a body massage during the treatment. definitely will come back again 🫶🏻! ive tried other Japanese Head Spa but this is the best, the receptionist n therapist are all very friendly and the service is good ❤️! 10/10 worth it every penny

i went to wrong branch, but hub life branch receptionist was kind enough to rearrange my appointment at green lake city branch. further, although i was late for rescheduled appointment, the therapist gave me full 120 minutes. therapist was courteous and gentle.

My therapist found spots I didn't even know needed to be worked on. Rash was amazing, she understood when I asked to adjust pressure. The whole atmosphere was calming. Staff supper friendly with, some speaking more than one language. Do not hesitate to book this amazing experience. Please, allow extra time if traveling by taxi.

The massage and atmosphere was very good. You need to WhatsApp them for a time slot the given time from Klook is not final. We had some issues because the booked time slot from Klook was not registered in they're system.

場所は市街地から離れているのでGrabで移動しました。道が混んでいて遅れそうだったのでWhats Appで連絡すると、すぐに返事をくださいました。受付時には重点的にほぐして欲しい場所や、施術の強さなども聞いてくださいました。使用するスクラブやオイルを選び、2階へ。180分みっちり全身をほぐして頂きました。前日にコンサートに行って疲れていたので、本当に気持ちよかったです。最後にシャワーを浴びて終了。(シャワーにはドライヤーは見当たらなかったです。)施術後の飲み物もグリーンティーかジンジャーか選べ、チョコクランチのようなお菓子も頂きました。至福の時間でした。ありがとうございました。

I highly recommend this massage service. It’s located relatively close to the airport, and since it’s not as congested as the city center, it’s perfect for waiting for your flight. For travelers, it’s far more valuable than spending time in the airport lounge. The building where it’s located is also very unique, and after the massage, you can head to a restaurant or café, then take a Grab to the airport. It takes about 30 minutes to the airport and costs around 1,000 Japanese yen.

chose 3 hours massage but i dont feel satisfied with the sequence of it. started with oil massage mixed with hot stone, scrub, and face massage.

great massage! 5 stars experience for me and my husband, but as usual the experience is contingent on therapist. nice environment but towels could smell a bit nicer. towel looks clean tho.

There is nothing wrong with the shop, it is with Klook. You get cheaper rate at the shop than book directly with Klook, a difference of almost RM30. I booked the Yufuku Ultimate package.
