私はベトナムで生活したことがありますが、ベトナム料理がなぜ美味しいのか、レッスンを受けてよくわかりました！フレッシュなレモングラスなどを使った料理に興味津々でした。レッスンスタジオはとても清潔で素敵なところです。パークハイアットホテルの隣りで大変便利です。先生と市場にも行って米粉を買いました。料理によって粉も配合が違うことを知り驚きました。市場には朝8時頃に行きますが、暑いので体調に自信がなければ、レッスンから参加も良いと思います。レッスンは英語です。コスパを星4つにしたのは、ベトナム料理の相場に比べてやや高いと感じたからです。しかし、先生を3時間以上お願いして、市場に行ったり、3種類の料理とスイーツを作って食べる経験が出来たことを考えると、お金には代えられない経験だったと思います。是非日本の方にもおすすめします！

前回のベトナム旅で美味しかったレストランで料理教室ツアーがあると知り手配しました。朝は自己手配のグラブでホテルから集合の市場まで行き、フーシェフと他の参加者（台湾から父子、フィリピンから明るいカップル、日本から私たち料理好き2人）で8:00からフーシェフの気さくで明るい説明を聞きながら乾物、穀物、鮮魚、野菜、果物、チェーを見学。シェフ手配のタクシーでキッチンへ移動。3品を作っては食べるシステムで座って野菜をカットしたり疲れない配慮でリラックスしながら学べました。量もランチが要らなかったくらいのボリューム、味も良く、帰国したらまた作りたいメニューばかり。最後にシェフが用意した生姜シロップに白玉が入ったデザートを楽しみながら簡単な英語しかできなくてもクラスメイトたちと合流、シェフに質問したり素敵な4時間でした。市場ツアーに参加していない現地のベトナム人マダムがキッチンから合流、とても良いニョクマムをレッスンに使っていたのでみんな興味深く調味料を聞いたり‥現地の方にも魅力あるレストラン「ホアトゥック」だと納得。違う曜日には違うメニューを作ってると聞いたので曜日を変えてまたベトナム訪問には参加したいです。レッスンとかわいいレシピブックとみなさんとの写真が自分へのお土産になりました。

Chef Yen is an amazing cooking instructor and a great market guide. She made our cooking class wonderful and we felt at home. Also, during our market tour, she made sure to introduce us to the local produce - she basically translated for us and let us buy what we like in the market. 10 stars for her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

To find this location, there will be signage on the outside and one of the workers from across will likely ask if you're here for the cooking class. You will then be guided inside a shop that sells kitchen supplies, snacks and other souvenirs. Go towards the end past the register and walk up the flight of steps. Yen the cooking instructor will warmly greet you upon arrival. For the class, we ended up making 3 dishes from scratch (springrolls, salad [with prawns and pork belly] & betel leaves with beef and noodles. Dessert is also included at the end, but due to time constraints, you will not get a chance to make this. For non meat eaters, there was also a vegetarian option as well (meats are substituted with tofu), and there was also a vegan friendly fish sauce. Yen was an amazing instructor, she was patient, friendly, explained the history behind each ingredient, and ensured each step wasn't rushed. This class is more geared towards beginners-intermediates (and honestly anyone who has a keen interest in Vietnamese food). After cooking and eating each of your dishes, Yen gave each of us a recipe book + souvenir to keep. I can safely say these recipes are beginner friendly and simplified, making them easy to make at home. Great experience overall, 10/10.

It is recommended! It is one of the best option to learn about Vietnamese cuisine & culture. The chef Uyen, taught us from the beginning till finish with the details. The class was fun & of course I enjoyed the foods because they're all amazing. The kitchen itself was very clean & tidy.

こちらのほかにタイと韓国の料理教室に参加したことがあるが、今のところ、ここがベストワン。講師のリリアがとても興味深く、市場を案内してくれて有意義にツアーを過ごすことができた。市場でもあるし、雨が多い地域なので、足元が濡れるので注意。料理教室が行われるレストランに移動してからは、エアコンもきいていて快適。また3つのレシピを作れるが、1つ作っては1つ食べ、1つ作ってはすぐに食べることができるので、作りたてを食べられてさらに味が深く理解しやすい。レシピノートとちょっとしたサプライズのお土産があり大満足だった。また私たちのときには5人という少人数だったので、丁寧に、理解できるように教えてもらえてとても助かった。大満足！！

we really enjoyed being taken around the market and learning about the different things sold there! the cooking class was a lot of fun and would recommend it to anyone travelling, great way to learn how to cook some authentic dishes and more about the Vietnamese cuisine!

One of the best classes Ive been to. I got to know my classmates and chitchat with them. It felt like we’re all breaking bread and enjoying good food with good conversation. Our instructor chef helped us have that kind of environment. Ive been to several classes in different countries and this is by far the most personal. Thank you so much for this opportunity! x

市場見学と料理教室のツアーに参加しました。集合時間を1時間近く過ぎても参加者が来ないハプニングがありましたが、緊急時でも柔軟に対応する姿勢が好印象でした。市場見学では私たち参加者の質問に一つ一つ真摯に答えてくれ、地元の人に混じって食材を調達するという貴重な体験ができました。料理教室では朝市で買い付けた新鮮な食材を使って、前菜2品とメインディッシュを作りました。私は一人で参加しましたが、もう一人の参加者と交流しながら楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフは全員親切で、場を盛り上げてくれ、英語に堪能なので、一人でも安心して参加できます。料理教室だけのプランもありますが、個人的には市場見学+料理教室のプランがおすすめです！迷っている方は是非参加してみてください！

시장투어 제외하였고, 식당으로 바로 가서 수업에 참여했습니다. 3개의 메인메뉴를 만들었고 디저트는 만드는 것이 아니라 그냥 제공됩니다. 다른 참여자 분 중에 비건이 있었는데, 그 분을 위한 재료가 따로 준비되어 있었습니다. 하나의 요리가 완성 될 때마다 테이블을 알아서 정리정돈 해주셔서 편하게 수업에 임할 수 있었습니다. 요리는 초보자 수준으로 쉽게 배울 수 있습니다. 생각보다 다소 비싼 가격이 아쉽습니다.
