Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would especially like to give a big shoutout and thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Gunawan. He was very friendly, approachable, and had great knowledge about the places we visited. He made sure we were comfortable, assisted us with everything we needed, and even shared interesting stories along the way. Aceasta a fost cu adevărat una dintre cele mai de neuitat călătorii de ziua mea! O cultură uimitoare, mâncare delicioasă și cazare minunată, totul mi-a depășit așteptările. Ghida noastră, Riza, a fost absolut excepțională. Este incredibil de bine informată despre istoria Batamului și a împărtășit-o cu atâta pasiune și detalii. Este amabilă, atentă și foarte implicată pe tot parcursul călătoriei. Ceea ce ne-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost modul în care s-a asigurat întotdeauna că preferințele noastre culinare sunt respectate. Deoarece iubim fructele de mare – în special crabii – ne-a arătat cele mai bune restaurante pe care le cunoaște, iar fiecare masă a fost fantastică. Ne-am bucurat cu adevărat de fiecare parte a experienței: mâncarea, cultura, cafeaua, prăjiturile și chiar cumpărăturile de suveniruri. Riza mi-a făcut ziua de naștere și mai specială cu o surpriză minunată cu tort, pe care am apreciat-o profund. Căldura și atenția ei au făcut ca întreaga sărbătoare să fie perfectă. Voi recomanda cu siguranță această călătorie prietenilor și familiei mele. Sper să vizitez Batam din nou în curând. Riza, ești cea mai bună!

Tur foarte distractiv și informativ ❤️ Ghidul nostru, domnul Agus, ne-a oferit informații interesante și a împărtășit povești despre locurile pe care le-am vizitat, asigurându-se că timpul nostru în Batan a fost bine petrecut și memorabil. Ne-au plăcut activitățile pe care le-am făcut toată ziua. În general, călătoria noastră a fost uimitoare și foarte bine organizată 👏🏻 Cu siguranță aș recomanda dacă doriți să explorați Batam fără stres 🫡 (de asemenea, domnul Agus a surprins-o pe mama cu un tort, deoarece a fost ziua ei de naștere pe 13 ianuarie! Mr Augus our tour guide was wonderful! We were picked up promptly at the sekupang terminal and we started our tour by going to guanyim statue, the activities such as flying carpet and then lunch at Barelang Kelong. Then we went for spa and foot reflexology Reborn at Nagoya, then trick eye museum, birds nest shop, and we had Nasi Padang before we return to Batam ferry terminal. Thank you for the great day!

It was my first trip to Batam with my son. Our tour guide, Jessica, gave us a wonderful experience—she arranged visits to various attractions and made sure we enjoyed a great meal even on a rainy day. I had a fabulous time today in Batam. I highly recommend this trip. The guide Jonny was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. Pick up was prompt and efficient in a fully air conditioned van. The Island is small but there are lots of historic buildings and sights to explore. Don’t sleep on getting out and exploring the outlines you’ll never regret it!

Visited Batam alone for my birthday celebration and Dian (the tour guide) went above and beyond. She’s very informative, takes good photo, and a very good driver, She even surprised me with a cake after our last stop. I went to IndoThai massage and it was very relaxing. The culinary experiences, in particular, were remarkable; the variety and quality of local cuisine exceeded expectations and added significantly to the overall enjoyment of our trip. In light of the exemplary service we received and the positive experiences encountered, I am inclined to express a strong interest in returning to Batam at a future date, with the anticipation of further exploring its offerings.
