Steven was our driver for the day and he was extremely kind and generous. We got to see all the spots in Kyoto with ease and avoided having to take buses and trains. He recommended a few spots we didn’t know about and always kept in communication while we walked around. It was great to jump into the car which was always strategically parked nearby and avoided the crowds entirely. This is the only way to get to everything in Kyoto hassle-free!

Our driver/guide Lexi was great! she had everything ready for us for the excursions and was very flexible when we changed our lunch plans because the restaurants were busy. definitely recommend using this service and ask for Lexi if you can!

Comfortable and pleasant journey around the major sites of Kyoto. Kind and thoughtful driver (thank you Fuji) who ensured the itinerary worked for our group, found us a great spot for a most delicious lunch and got us home on time. We were a family group including children aged 5, 8 and 10 - it worked really well for them.

Our tour guide was Yanagi-san and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made our one day trip to Kyoto very enjoyable. Since our package was customizable, we were able to have the freedom to tour areas at our own pace and the flexibility to change our schedule. He even went out of the way to find a kimono shop that would sell us a kimono. Yanagi-san, thank you so much for providing a memorable experience for us. We will definitely reserve another tour with you again the next time we are in Japan.

Fuji was great and spoke conversational english which we enjoyed a lot. He provided information to all our destinations. His vehicle was clean, roomy and comfortable especially since we came from Osaka. We went to many destinations in one day. something that we won’t be able to do on our own for a short period of time that we are here in Japan. My only set back is I hope that we went to Narra Park but with our itinerary, it didn’t make sense. Time to look around was a bit short as well but it is something that has to be done in order to see more in one day. You get your pros and cons. But regardless we are satified with our trip and we enjoyed it very well.

Highly recommended. The driver was so kind and went above and beyond with a detour, as one of us had to go back to the hotel and then continued the rest of the tour. I felt bad for the inconveniece caused and offered a tip and it wasn't accepted. They are just too kind :)

Not only did the guide provide excellent assistance and support, but their knowledge and expertise in the subject matter were evident in their professional explanations. They went above and beyond to ensure that all participants understood the historical and cultural significance of each site we visited.

Lexi was excellent and customized the tour accordingly. Gave tips on things to check, route to take, where to eat and what to do during your first visit. Highly recommend!
