Great location and view of the river from room was lovely. Everything right available within the same building, hotel, shops, train station.

Great location, but the building and rooms are quite old and rundown. Bathroom smelled terrible, smelled moldy but also sometimes like a long drop toilet, even when I hadn't been in the room for a while. No individual aircons, it was 35 degrees while I stayed and the central air was not nearly cool enough, even on highest flow. I had to keep the bathroom door open while I used it so I didn't feel like I was gonna suffocate. Cleaners supposedly start at 9:30 but they were outside my door making a ton of noise at 8:30 every day. Check out isn't until 11 but had no chance of a sleep in because of the noise.

Fantastic and quite location. Perfect place to rest after the rush of downtown areas. Staff super helpful Room super clean. Bed linens and towels in impeccable conditions. They can receive and ship your luggage A good value for the area and services

All is walkable ...so easy to go ! Nice location! Staff is very friendly! Like to stay again!

Great place to stay. Pretty close to tusrist venues, mall and subway

I liked that the property is attached to a Mall and train station. Only somethings we didn’t know about until we were checked out and leaving.

Finding the reception was the hardest part because when you first walk in you have to figure out where it's at. (It was on the 5th floor or something, I don't remember) The area around is amazing, very close to Osaka Castle (About 15min walk/5min taxi) The view of the river is beautiful especially when the boats are going by. It's connected to a massive mall that has lots of food and shops. I spent a lot of money on the cheap and delicious sushi at the Moyori City shop!

This hotel located right above the stations, so easy access for tourist. Hotel is old and outdated but it's clean and big enough. There's restaurants and shopping places by this hotel. Very convenient hotel.
