Ótimo The front desk staff were not that helpful when it came to changing rooms when our original rooms had a bad smell.

Fantástico Second time staying here. Close to metro stations, market, temples, convenience stores. Laundry machines, public bath... Great and friendly staff. Without hesitation will stay in Keio Prelia again.

Fantástico The onsen is a great addition, the buffet was very good. Nice hotel, convenient location.

Ótimo Good location, room small but that’s to be expected. No closet or draws to store anything in led to room being cluttered. Wanted to use washer and there was only 1 on every other floor and all in use. Dryer exceptionally ineffective. Room felt hot at times and volume on tv was restricted which was annoying when trying to stream.

Wonderful hotel stay. Rooms were very clean. The pajamas were a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was very good. We loved the toiletry kits so in case you forgot something, you were taken care of. Highly recommend.

Loved that the hotel was central to everything you want to see. The subway was only few blocks away making quick ride to anywhere we wanted to go and loved the onsen right inside made it so nice after walking so much each day.
