We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Elsereine. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and our room was clean. The location of the hotel is great, as it is in walking distance of multiple stations. We were provided with things such as wayer bottles, soaps, shampoos, hair brushes and toothbrushes. The pajamas provided were nice too.

i loved to stay at this hotel , great location great staff Accept .Manager of First floor restaurant was very very stupid and fascist and lies ant not honest person he doesn't match with the rest of staff all staff of front desk they are very polite and helpful i was please with them ,

Huge hotel and luxury feeling

The room was super clean and in excellent shape. The daily cleaning was top notch. The room is a little small for 3 people, but it would be perfect for 2 people. Front desk staff was super helpful. The location is what really makes this hotel excellent. It is connected to the Dotica underground passageway that can be used to walk to Umeda Nishi station which we used for most of our touring. If you need other lines you can walk just a little further underground to the Osaka station with many trains and other subway lines. To get there you go to level B1 from a separate elevator to the regular ones. We found this super handy. Especially when it is raining.

I felt it was overpriced for the standard of the rooms
