The location is good, within walking distance of the seafront and the town centre, and there are lots of cafes for breakfast nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the shower room and toilet was very small. Parking is an issue, as available on street parking is a considerable walk away.

Room was very nice, very clean, we were in room 1. Great communication with the manager. She was very helpful all the way and explained everything clearly. Hassle free and easy experiance. Lovely comfy bed. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

Although the bedding, towels and in general was clean, the carpet was really dirty, we didn't even want to walk on it in bare feet, the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower door wouldn't close from the inside. We arrived very late at night and the room was bitterly cold, the radiator didn't come on until the morning so we had a terribly cold, uncomfortable night. We left the next morning as the hotel really did not live up to expectations.
