Excellent sea view and proximity to the station and the pier. We stayed for 3 days but didn’t really interact with any of the staff. The carpets and seating were a little tired, in appearance but other than that, we had no complaints. We did not use any of the facilities so can’t really comment on that but we plan to visit again in the near further.

Stayed here several times and always lovely room.. I had breakfast on a couple of occasions as I did this time and I was disappointed , the hot buffet was neglected, most things were luke warm , what little bacon burnt... I think I will not take breakfast between 7 & 7:30 again

Family room was quiet, spacious and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee and mugs. (Kettle would have benefitted from being a little bigger) Room was air conditioned and had a fridge. Bath and shower was good and anti fog mirror was a nice touch. We all slept well in two king beds and enjoyed the view from our room. Check in and check out was quick and stress free, staff were polite and helpful. On site parking was busy but helpful. Location of the hotel right on the sea front and close to the pier. Breakfast in the atrium was lovely and the omelette / pancake station was particularly busy. Good selection of breakfast options and the area was clean and tidy.
