The location is great, it is very convenient to get on the MRT to different area. the breakfast area is a bit aged. The dishes carts are parked at the breakfast area. A bit strange. Overall the food quality is good. When you try to check in, there is no sign to line up, a bit mess if many people are in the line.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The young lady at the front desk helped me checked-in at 1100 which was a huge plus for my stay. Special thanks goes to 黄俊铭at the Rose Room ( 菩薇厅13th floor). He went above and beyond in helping me with my plan of visiting Taiwan! All the staff there were professional and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely visit it back!!!

The breakfast menu is very versatile and fresh! Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Room is clean and daily service is very good! Air conditioning is very comfortable. I have no complaints about this hotel! Excellent and convenience located with mass transportation, metro and bus

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! It looks old but the rooms are remodeled to modern appearance and with the latest standards (e.g. bidet toilets). It is also well ventilated that you don't smell the musty odor like some old buildings due to Taiwan's high humidity. I expected high quality of service from their experienced and helpful staff (as this is an long established hotel), as well as delicious & good variety of breakfast (since I dine in their restaurants before). Those did live up to my expectation also. Best of all, their room prices are reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience.
