I have a very good experience. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful with everything including directions and suggestions. They even printed out a whole itinerary for one of my destinations. The location is near many shops and restaurants. Taxis available everywhere and very cheap about $3-$5 U.S. average for one way rides. Note, not all drivers understand English so have a translator app with you or GPS location. The MRT train entrance is in front of the entrance. Round trip MRT rides average $1 … 7/11 and Family Marts everywhere so that’s convenient. The only downside is the summer heat. It’s brutal but AC unit worked great.

Went here for my high school solo travel trip. Honestly it was really safe. I will say that guests can be loud but if you don’t mind the noise, it’s a really relaxing place to be. Had fun exploring and then coming back to order my meals for the next day. They had the option of McDonald’s or native Taiwanese food. Shops are also just downstairs too along with a train system and an underground mall. You won’t get amenities like toothbrushes or anything like that but as long as you’re prepared, I’ll say this hotel is a 10/10!

We stayed in the corner room with the gorgeous view of Taipei 101. It was so lovely, especially for the price! The also appreciated that they had laundry facilities - you have to pay for it, but it’s inexpensive. My kids loved taking a bath in the clean tub and we like that they also had a shower option too. The rotating TV was very handy. Will definitely be coming back to stay here. Could not recommend enough!

From the moment I walked in, to checking out. The staff were professional, kind and very helpful. The room was everything I needed and more. Very clean and close to many MRT stations for one to adventure in. Would recommend and certainly will use their service when I come back to Taipei.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, whatever the question or need. Kelvin, especially, went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel had the bare necessities, but that was sufficient for my purposes. The hotel is well located close to the MRT so getting to where I needed to go, especially in the rain, was quite easy.
