We had a very pleasant experience staying at the Four Points by Sheraton. The rooms were very clean and spacious with nice balcony. The staff was very polite. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the breakfast with so many different choices. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a property to host my guest for my upcoming birthday party. I had high hopes for the place because the pictures looked so good. Saddly, those were old photos. This was the most rundown property Ive ever seen. The food was subpar, the condition of the property was -30, and at checkout, when asked how the stay was. I was TRYING to tell her my experience, and she spoke over me say great, everything was good. I was shaking my head and saying no, but she just went on like I could have possible say anything positive. When the place was a dump!!!

Room was not as clean as a normal hotel room. I had to request to get the bathroom cleaned when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was good for a 3 star hotel, it could have better drink options.

The staff were amazing and the food was great. However, the entire hotel needs some serious updating. The rooms were musty and ill-maintained. They need to be better cleaned too.

Service is excellent. Staff at Evolution are all really good. Special mention to Lia and all in breakfast service. Reception staff also helpful and gives good advice on where to go.

편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 여느 큰 프랜차이즈 다웠어요. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 룸도 크고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 조식이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 아침부터 거하게 먹는 스타일이 아니라 크게 영향받지 않았어요. 아!! 특히 직원중에 라라가 정말 너무 친절했어요!! 그녀덕분에 더 따듯함을 느꼈습니다!! 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다!!

The level of customer service is impressive. The staff is genuinely sweet and so accommodating. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The restaurant staff were all so sweet and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Thank you, Lia, Apriani, and Dian, for taking great care of me during my stay.

I did not like the power outage that happened for 2 hours in the night. We had to walk up to our room in the dark. The breakfast and service is excellent.
