The overall stay was wonderful the room was very clean and tidy organized the people were wonderful, always smiling and talkative.Ready to answer questions. overall experience was amazing.I would definitely go back

Beds very dirty. Have bed bugs. Very terrible bed bugs bites. Shower water very small. Cannot shower probably. Rooms lack maintainence. Alot of rusty areas. No water kettle to boil hot water. Cups/glasses chips. Only plus point is room & toilet very big. Will not go back & will definitely not recommend to people.

Great staff and pretty good location - but.... there are no (zero) non-smoking rooms. Please be aware that 100% of their rooms allow smoking and have a strong cigarette smell. The Hotels.com website is incorrect. To their credit - they offered us a full refund... which didn't help a lot because we booked this in advance to save money only to have to book something last minute (same day) which was double the cost.

Traditional style with two pools,was easy walk to warungs market and beach.they are currently renovating upstairs but only in the daytime needs a few things done but for the price cannot complain, thanks to the ladies who make the breakfast

The janan villa was a great experience. The accomodation was ok, but lacked some simple things like tea towels, and wasn't especially clean. Itvwas comfortable enough and staff were attentive and helpful. The pool and grounds are awesome and the groundsmen keep the pool very clean. Blend cafe/resturant, next door was absolutely great. There are good shopping food places within walking distance. For the price it was good, and suitable for our family. A couple of small improvements in cleanliness, and fixing a few fixtures in the room and it would have been great.

Very nice stay and close to downtown Sanur. The property seemed older and the villa needed some upkeep and a few more amenities. My family played in the pool which was gorgeous but they both cut their feet on something

Very good value for Money. They don’t provide body wash or shampoo which i was surprised by, but not the end of the world. They also didn't make up rooms daily. But restaurant attached was very good, and staff were lovely.
