Don’t be fooled by the name “Dancenter Luxury Underwater World Pattaya.” There’s nothing luxury about it, and it’s definitely not underwater. It’s just an extremely old hotel pretending to be something fancy. If this place claims to be 4 stars, it must mean 4 out of 100, not 4 out of 5. And one more thing — your GPS will probably take you to JA Plus Hotel, which turns out to be the actual name of this place. So yeah… the name is already the first red flag.

The place was crawling with ants the cleaners never cleaned only turned the beds down and put coffee by the kettle ... also this hotel has 2 pools and both wasent clean they was green and dirty if u are gonna stay in pattaya pay the extra cause this hotel is far from comfy and welcoming

The staff are rude and I the rooms are in really bad condition I told the staff my bathroom is leaking and they didn’t care at all and if you leave the room for 5 minutes they will come in your room and turn off the air conditioner

The staff were good and helpful. No eating facility at the hotel. Shower pressure was ok but drain pipe need cleaning.

Fortunately I needed a single night and booked at the last second. Room is plain and outdated. There is an electric kettle, but not even a bag of coffee or tea, A/C fan was had been fixed to max speed, which was really annoying. I went downstairs to have some food heated in the MW, after minutes waiting I asked what had happened to it, staff replied rudely..Avoid, not worth the money..

communication very difficult with staff, no tea or coffee making facility in our room. breakfast selection not great and staff inefficient and floor dirty.

Bom
The hotel is a decent place to stay but the staff is not at all courteous to the guests. Location of the hotel a little far away from the main beach which is where all the action is. They charge for simple things like towel replacements and things like that. Also, a simple thing like a Key Card replacement costs a bomb (700 bhat).
