初めて利用させていただきました。 客室の清潔感がとても素晴らしく居心地が良かったです。 スタッフの説明や対応も素晴らしく印象が良い感じでした♪ サービスで自分好みの枕が選べるのも楽しく、チェックアウトも受付する事なく、そのままチェックアウト出来るのも良かったです♪ また利用させて頂きたいといます😊

Fantástico
Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days.

整體不錯 但有年代感 樓下就是family mart 左邊過馬路就有lawson 不怕買不到宵夜或者是飲料之類 房間使用密碼去開門 同樣，溫泉也是用密碼去開門 房間空間感一般 特別有張正方形的桌子，感覺有占空間 房間的床頗大，而且酒店有提供給客人選擇枕頭的選項，蠻好的。

Hotelli tarjoaa todella hyvän vastineen rahoillesi: erinomainen asiakaspalvelu, maittava ja monipuolinen aamupala, ilmainen drinkkitarkoilu ilta-aikaan ja myös ilmainen kylpylä. Huoneet ovat pienet, mutta toimivat ja käytännölliset. Erittäin hyvä äänieristys ja huoneen lämpötilan säätö. Paljon erilaisia tyynyjä tarjolla vastaanotossa.Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla ja kolme metrolinjan risteyksessä. Metron sisäänkäynti on heti hotellin oven kohdalla. Ja henkilökunta on niin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista! Suosittelen lämpimästi kaikille!

Excellent stay!!! We were very comfortable with our room, extremely clean, room size was big enough compare to other hotel in Japan where we stayed. Very quiet hotel. Let’s talk about the location— - - right next to the metro station 2stop to Namba station. Which is the best part, we don’t have to walk much to get to the metro.. Also, next to FamilyMart... Amazing!!!!! Another best part of this hotel is the Onsen. Affordable hotel with Onsen. I will stay here again when I come back to Osaka.
