Spacious room with a beautiful view of Osaka and the river from the 34th floor.
The room was aesthetic, clean, and included so many great toiletries and amenities. For coffee lovers, they had a Nespresso machine. The spacious room was a bonus, especially with the large luggage in Japan.
The staff were friendly, approachable and always willing to help.
The lounge area was a great place to sit and relax. They had a water refilling area in the lounge as well as near the elevators on the level of our room. The lounge bar served drinks and snacks with a great view of the city.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant (The Moment Grill and Dining) and we had a wonderful meal.
The location was perfect! It was walking distance to so many restaurants, the Umeda Sky building, shopping. It was directly located near Osaka station, and other train stations around the hotel for easy access to Universal studios, and Dotombori/Namba area.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would book again on my next trip to Japan.
