Altamente recomendado! O guia turístico Carson é simpático e amigável. Ele se ofereceu para tirar fotos e recomendou pontos turísticos e comidas. Além disso, ele fala inglês, cantonês e mandarim, o que facilita a comunicação! Carson organizou o tempo muito bem. Todos os membros do grupo foram pontuais, sem atrasos, o que tornou a viagem muito tranquila! No Zoológico de Kyushu... poder ver os animais no ônibus de turismo com ar condicionado foi uma bênção para os pais... haha! Yufuin vale muito a pena visitar. O arroz de enguia e o croquete recomendados por Carson estavam deliciosos. É imperdível! É uma pena que tivemos apenas 2 horas... não foi tempo suficiente para explorar toda a rua Yunotsubo... Espero que na próxima vez o passeio possa ser organizado para 3 horas! Participarei novamente na próxima vez!

Este passeio foi realmente bom se você ama animais e quer vê-los de perto. Gostei muito da guia Zhu Zhu, ela era tão doce e, mesmo falando pouco inglês, foi ótima e garantiu que eu conseguisse acompanhar o resto do grupo. Ela foi tão encantadora e bondosa, me ajudou a pedir todas as comidas de todas as lojas e me ofereceu seu guarda-chuva e até as maçãs doces. Eu recomendo muito este roteiro, você consegue ver muita coisa em um dia!

That time my family can not have fixed plan until Apr 26th night. So I made a booking at 1AM Apr 27th, when I was already too sleepy and the tour we want to go already full until May 8th while I want to arrange a tour on Apr 28th. Then I have to change to another tour with another day , Apr 29th. Then I still get up so early on Apr 28th cause in my mind it’s Apr 28th. But on a bad day I still got lucky cause I met a very nice tour guide - Ada. She helped me until me and my family can have a seat on bus. Without her I don’t know if I can do anything to rearrange my plan. Shoutout to Ada👏🏻 Then I met another nice girl sitting next to me on a tour bus. She is from Hongkong and wanna take a picture with me

Amazing experience! Our tour guide, Emily-san, was very helpful and made the experience even better! I really appreciated how she would walk over to our seats to explain the information in English before translating it for the whole group in Chinese. Moreover, I initially thought that the African Safari might not meet my expectations, but it ended up being one of the best parts of the trip! The jungle buses were fully booked, so we went in on our tour bus instead, with safari music playing in the background. It was such a fun and unique experience! My friend also realized that she had left her phone in the restroom while we were on our way to Yufuin. Emily-san immediately contacted someone, and thankfully, the phone was found! Things could have turned out very differently, so we were really impressed by how quickly and calmly she handled the situation. Thank you, Emily-san, for making our trip such a wonderful and memorable experience! ❤️

This was my first time participating in a one-day tour, and I'm so glad our guide, Li Jing, assisted us on this trip. The entire itinerary was smooth and seamless. Throughout the journey, our guide diligently explained Japanese customs, traditions, and the origins of geographical names to the group. At the Blood Pond Hell, she took group photos for each family, explained the reason behind the red water, and pointed out the best photo spots. At the zoo, although we couldn't participate in the feeding activity because the feeding cart slots were full, our guide specially arranged seating so that every family could see the scenery on both sides of the zoo. The matcha-like Mount Yufu and the fairytale-like Yufuin village left a deep impression!

The onsen eggs and pudding we tasted amidst the thick steam of Yufuin Umi Jigoku were such a delicacy that they made us forget the hot weather, and the dreamlike cobalt blue of Kamado Jigoku also left a deeper impression than expected. Next, we visited Kyushu Natural Zoological Park (African Safari), which, living up to its reputation as the largest in Japan, offered a special experience of encountering the most diverse and numerous wild animals I've ever seen, from lions, tigers, elephants, and giraffes to kangaroos, meerkats, and squirrel monkeys. Traveling along the safari road in a tour bus, we were able to observe the animals up close in their natural state, which was truly breathtaking. Afterward, we enjoyed the picturesque scenery of Lake Kinrin and then had an excellent meal at a soba restaurant highly recommended by our guide, which perfectly complemented the profound landscape. Strolling through the shopping street near the lake, tasting the famous Kinsho croquettes and honey ice cream, and exploring the charming streets also added to our simple pleasures. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this trip was meeting our guide, Lee Hyang-yong, who is fluent in both Chinese and Korean. Thanks to her excellent professionalism and passionate guidance, we enjoyed a perfect and fulfilling journey without a single flaw. Moreover, she also possessed exceptional photography skills, and we were fortunate enough to capture many precious "life shots" with my friends that we will cherish forever. I extend my sincere and deepest gratitude to guide Lee Hyang-yong, who not only provided thoughtful dinner recommendations that could be enjoyed in Fukuoka until the very end of the tour but also meticulously and kindly took care of every aspect of our trip from beginning to end. The time management was absolutely perfect—everything ran like clockwork, and there was zero wasted time or filler locations. Every single stop on the itinerary was amazing, beautiful, and well worth visiting. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was our tour guide, Thomas. He is hands down the best guide I have ever had on a tour in Japan! Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and brought such great energy to the group, making the entire day seamless and fun. Um dia satisfatório, desde o centro de Fukuoka até o zoológico e depois às compras no Lago Kinrin. A única coisa é que o carro era um sedan comum de cinco lugares e achamos um pouco apertado; gostaríamos que o carro fosse um pouco maior para mais conforto. O motorista foi muito dedicado e atencioso, agradecemos muito o seu esforço.
