Coisas para fazer em Rottnest Island

A must to go place when you visit Perth - Rottnest Island! Visiting Rottnest Island was one of my favourite experiences during my trip to Perth. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the stunning scenery. The crystal-clear blue water, beautiful beaches, and peaceful surroundings made me feel completely relaxed. The highlight of my visit was definitely meeting the famous quokkas. They were even cuter than I expected! Seeing them hopping around freely and getting the chance to take photos with these adorable little creatures was such a special moment. It was impossible not to smile whenever I saw them. Rottnest Island is more than just a tourist attraction—it’s a place where you can slow down, appreciate nature, and create wonderful memories. I left with so many beautiful photos, but more importantly, with memories that I’ll always treasure. If I ever return to Perth, Rottnest Island will definitely be at the top of my list to visit again.

Passeio informativo pela tripulação da balsa que percorreu a ilha em um ônibus, cobrindo os principais locais. Bem organizado. Gostaríamos de ter visitado os faróis e algumas paradas do passeio, mas o tempo estava bastante ruim no dia.

Reservar o passeio foi simples e sem complicações. Ao chegar ao terminal de ferry, basta mostrar o seu bilhete à tripulação. Depois de desembarcar na Ilha Rottnest, pode levantar a sua bicicleta alugada no terminal, bastando dizer o seu nome. Desta forma, evita as longas filas e o incómodo de alugar uma bicicleta na loja. Andar de bicicleta pela Ilha Rottnest é uma forma fantástica e saudável de descobrir as paisagens deslumbrantes da ilha, pois pode parar onde quiser, e as estradas são muito adequadas para bicicletas. Além disso, é um verdadeiro prazer avistar os adoráveis quokkas! Embora o tempo não estivesse o mais ensolarado, ainda assim proporcionou um passeio agradável sem suar a camisa.

We had a fantastic day on the Rottnest Island Grand Island Tour! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the scenery was breathtaking, and seeing the quokkas up close was a real highlight. The tour was well organised and covered the island's history, beautiful beaches, and key attractions. A great way to experience Rottnest in a single day. Highly recommended!

Esta foi uma viagem incrível. Tiramos algumas fotos no porto e depois vimos a baleia no passeio de barco, o que foi incrível. I was thinking about taking either this one or the cheaper one that departs in Hillarys. Glad I booked this one. The boat was very comfortable. Crews were all super nice. Saw a young humpback whale. Best season is mid Sept-mid Oct.

I purchased a pass that allowed me to choose three activities from many options. Considering the individual prices, it felt like a good deal. I think it's very convenient and cost-effective if you choose a pass after deciding what you want to do. I selected the three options shown in the picture. Ease of redemption: It was straightforward.

You'll need to walk to the station (about a 15-minute walk from the pier). There are only two stations on the route, and all tours are conducted in English. Overall, it's quite interesting and recommended for tourists who don't plan to cycle around the island!
