This hotel provides basic amenities, has an Onsen on 4/F for hotel guest, and closes to JR Namba station. It’s not far to get to local attractions and other cities for sightseeing.

Excellent hotel and location, the only thing is that the transportation company they use to send suitcases to my other hotel broke my suitcase. other then that everything was good.

One adult, one middle school student, and one elementary student stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Since it's concept-wise a business hotel, there isn't much to see at the hotel itself, but we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The beds were wider than expected and the bedding was cozy. On the first floor, there are a water purifier, ice maker, and coffee machine provided for free, as well as washing machines and dryers. The complimentary breakfast seems to change daily with basics like rice balls, soybean paste soup, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bread, alongside rotating dishes like braised fish cakes and tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties). It's decent for a light meal. There is a convenience store close by, and being right in front of the underground shopping center entrance makes getting around very convenient. It's not far from Dotonbori, so it was quiet at night while still being a great walking distance for shopping. Located right in front of Osaka Namba Station, it was convenient for visiting Nara Park and easy to travel to all our planned destinations.

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

Good stay. But as usual, room is small, can only open cabin size suitcase on floor, anything larger than that have to put it on bed to open. But you can put your free pyjamas on the bed as a mat before you put your luggage in case your luggage is dirty. Deep bath tub good for soaking after a long day.

Obrigado, pessoal! 🙏

This hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi, and there's an underground shopping street downstairs that connects to various subway stations nearby. Right below the hotel, there's a 24-hour supermarket with everything you could possibly need! The hotel room, though small, has all the essentials. The cleanliness was excellent ✌🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka. It's superb!

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to almost everything, including the train station, tour meetup points, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.
The hotel also offers plenty of amenities for guests. They provide sleepwear, and you can even borrow an umbrella if needed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. The self-service check-in and check-out machines make the process quick and convenient.
There are vending machines and a laundry area available on-site, and some floors are equipped with microwave ovens for guest use. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers looking to explore the city.
