Coisas para fazer em Kenroku-en

Tive uma experiência verdadeiramente maravilhosa. Como planeava pernoitar em Shirakawago após a excursão de autocarro, perguntei antecipadamente se poderia juntar-me à excursão e desembarcar lá — e a equipa respondeu prontamente e positivamente. No dia da viagem, reunimo-nos na Estação de Kanazawa, que era de fácil acesso e bem organizada. A nossa guia, Aiko, era calorosa, enérgica e excecionalmente hospitaleira. Ela falava inglês fluentemente, partilhou comentários perspicazes durante toda a viagem e estava sempre atenta às necessidades do grupo. O autocarro fez uma paragem em Shirakawago, um dos célebres Patrimónios Mundiais da UNESCO no Japão. A atmosfera e a paisagem eram deslumbrantes — especialmente para aqueles com interesse em arquitetura tradicional, património cultural e paisagens rurais. Foi a combinação perfeita de planeamento cuidadoso e experiência imersiva.

O guia Yasushi foi muito bom, com um inglês perfeito e muito prestativo, eu recomendo!

We had the most amazing guide for this tour, Yasushi, who made the day so enjoyable and relaxing. He gave us great and valuable information on the bus so we could have as much time to ourselves in Shirakawa-go once we arrived. His local food recommendations were spot on, some of the best food we have had. The gardens were beautiful and the craft sessions were a lot of fun and something a bit different and special to add to our trip. Highly recommend this tour.

The experience felt truly personalised and we loved being able to shape the tour around our interests. Akari was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and such a delight to spend time with; her eagerness to share insights and answer our questions really deepened our understanding of the culture and sights. Having that context made everything so much more meaningful. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kanazawa!

We had a great tour with our guide Jorge who really wanted to make sure that we got to see some of the sights of Kanazawa that the normal tour groups do not go to and places that we would never have discovered on our own. We got to see some of the temples and shrines that are off the beaten path but were also extremely special. Even on the geisha district he showed us places that were not well know.

Had a wonderful day exploring Shirakawa-Go and Kanazawa. We made Wagashi (japanese Sweets) and tried goldleaf postcard making. Our Guide Yasushi was really nice and gave us Information about Japan history, and the places we visited.

Yasushi did an amazing job throughout the day. He conveyed the historical importance of Shirakawa-go in his playful, energetic manner and made it easy to understand. He's fluent in English and gave us enough time (and recommendations!) to explore the village. Highly recommend
