Ya Kun Kaya Toast é uma adorada cadeia de cafés de herança singapuriana, famosa pelo seu pequeno-almoço tradicional. We booked the Crab Symphony buffet. We love the different kids of crabs and other seafoods cooked in different ways. I am also grateful that one of the restaurant staff Ms Hima encouraged us to try the chilli crab ice cream with ground crab shell cookie on top.

Comemoramos o 19º aniversário da nossa filha. O restaurante forneceu um bolo para a celebração dela. O atendimento foi muito bom, as opções de pratos eram limitadas, mas muito saborosas, especialmente o purê de batata com trufas, que estava delicioso, e a massa preparada na hora. Appreciate places like this that welcome solo diners at high tea. Came for the first seating and got a table with the view of marina bay. Seats along the bar had the perfect view, mostly for 1-2 diners only. Ample natural light on a sunny day, noise level was low enough to enjoy the food while reading a book. The sweets are well balanced, great with coffee and tea. Savouries are nice too, but can’t taste strawberries in it. Portion was sufficient and I felt quite full afterwards. Iced water is free too. Best part, the service was welcoming and friendly without being too intrusive. And don’t be shy to take lots of pictures, we’re all there for it. Overall, I can’t think of a better way to spend me time than this.
