Last time I tried Shuangyue's "Love-Hate Noodle," and I absolutely loved it. I'm finally back in Taipei, so I had to try it again. The moment the noodles hit my mouth, they were incredibly flavorful and aromatic, and the broth was unbelievably rich. It's truly the perfect meal after taking the high-speed rail to Taipei, just like the "Ecstasy Noodle" from the movie "God of Cookery" – it almost brings tears to your eyes. I'm afraid I'll never taste such a heavenly dish again... LOL

This was our first trip to Taiwan with my parents in their 70s, and we booked Course A. We had breakfast around 9:00 AM before our flight, so it had been about 9 hours since our last meal, but all three of us were so full that we couldn't even finish our soup.
