Nosso guia turístico, Lucas, foi muito gentil e experiente. Houve um pequeno atraso no início porque um hóspede não apareceu, mas ele lidou muito bem com a situação e não foi um grande problema. Tivemos a sorte de ver o Monte Fuji em um dia perfeito — sem nuvens no céu e tudo estava cristalino. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa!! ✨

Erik was our tour guide and he was amazing! he toured and guided us well during this day trip. he’s also very accommodating. we’ve had previous tours in Japan before but this is the first time we actually had an English speaking tour guide which made it easier for us to understand the details and history that the tour guide shared.

One of the best day trips of our lives!! 🥰 Mt Fuji is absolutely magical, Owakudani is also worth visiting! The tour was very well organized, and left plenty of time to enjoy all of the spots. Our guide Lee was very considerate and pleasant, giving us clear instructions and facts about all the stations. Tip: Bring CASH! For Pirate ship drive and Owakudani, they accept only cash there.

It was the highlight of our Japan trip! There was a bit of snow, but it just made it better that we experienced snow for the first time. There was a bit of an incident (my mom and sister got lost), but our tour guide, Eric, was a lifesaver! He was very helpful and accommodating to us! 🌟 Highly Recommended Trip!

The tour was well organized and covered many highlights including Hakone, the pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi, and beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. Our guide Tom was friendly and provided helpful information throughout the trip. On the way back the bus had a small issue, but Tom and the team handled the situation quickly and professionally, ensuring everyone returned safely. Overall, it was a great and worthwhile experience. 👍

Reservei este passeio de um dia para mim e meus amigos e não esperava muito, mas acabou sendo incrível! Nosso guia turístico Sakuragi é muito simpático e muito experiente. Ele nos manteve entretidos durante toda a viagem e quando me perdi, ele ligou para ter certeza de que eu encontraria o caminho certo de volta para o nosso ônibus de turismo e ele foi muito paciente! Experiência 10/10! Recomendado! 😊✨️🩷👍

This was a very fun experience, Captain Jack was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and accommodated to all of our needs. Although we didn’t get to see mt. Fuji well, we had a great time. thank you!
