Visitar a Beitou Water House para uma sessão de banho privado foi um dos pontos altos mais relaxantes da nossa viagem a Taipei. Originalmente, entrámos com a intenção de comprar os nossos bilhetes no local, mas o pessoal da receção foi incrivelmente honesto e prestável, sugerindo que reservássemos através da Klook, pois poderia ser mais barato. Reservámos nos nossos telemóveis, ali mesmo no lobby, e toda a experiência de 90 minutos foi simplesmente a melhor. O banho quente de enxofre branco fez maravilhas pelos nossos músculos cansados, ajudando-nos a recuperar totalmente depois de registarmos mais de 20.000 passos em cada dia da nossa viagem. Entre a água mineral terapêutica, o ambiente elegante e o atendimento excecional, iremos certamente regressar na nossa próxima visita a Taipei.

Taking a hot spring bath for 3 hours is really wonderful; you can soak at a leisurely pace, and even rest a bit afterwards, which is truly great! After checking out, there's dessert to enjoy, and on top of that, they also serve century egg and lean pork congee, red bean soup, ice cream, and more! The only minor drawback is that the hot spring tub is not very large, so you can't fully stretch out your legs!

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but it was easy to use, which was great. If you show your voucher, they'll guide you right away. If you're not using it immediately, it would be good to ask if you can do it at your preferred time first. I thought the front desk staff would tell me the available times, but they immediately assigned a time, which led to a slight communication breakdown. It's not hard to find from the station, and there's a Hot Spring Museum and Geothermal Valley right nearby, so you can also do some sightseeing. I highly recommend it!

The facility was very good. The hot spring was also very pleasant. It wasn't like those strong sulfur springs where all your belongings smell like the hot spring when you get home; it was just right. The access from the station and other tourist spots is also good, so I recommend it if you're visiting Taipei. However, I imagine it's similar at most hot springs, but regulars seem to dominate the space. I was warned for not wearing a shower cap (which isn't customary in Japan), while they were eating food they brought into the bathing area. I want to respect local rules, so if shower caps are mandatory, I would appreciate it if that were clearly stated. If eating and drinking are also permitted, removing the 'no eating/drinking' signs would prevent me from feeling confused.

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

The experience was quite good. 3 hours were enough for us to enjoy the hot spring bath and relax after that. It would be better in the cold season anw.

such a great experience. paid $77 for private suite . staff can speak English, Japanese, and mandarin. each floor has different layouts. we had marble layout on 5th floor. when it’s less busy they’ll give you the nicer rooms. if peak time of year or weekend you might get smaller room. we got popsicles after our stay which was nice. overall super nice. toilets are in each room w bidet

This was my first onsen experience and I absolutely loved it. The room was clean and well equipped with snacks and drinks. It was the perfect self care activity. Cannot wait to go back.

A equipe de serviço é simpática e explica tudo em detalhes. Além disso, se vier de carro, pode perguntar ao segurança na entrada se ainda há vagas de estacionamento para a casa de banho termal. Caso contrário, há um estacionamento Dudu House no Parque Qixing, ao lado da estação de MRT do outro lado da rua, e é muito conveniente usar o cartão de crédito para pagar o estacionamento. O quarto de hoje não tem janela para o exterior, mas tem uma piscina maior, então o espaço é muito amplo para duas pessoas tomarem banho termais juntas. Além disso, se você se importa com um espaço maior na área de descanso, então deve escolher um quarto com janela para o exterior, mas a piscina será menor.
