guide: Mama and John were both excellent tour guides and drivers. They interchanged their roles during the 12 hours tour. breaks: as locations were far, we were limited to 2 stop breaks although there are toilets to use at the various arraction spots. Mama made sure we followed a tight schedule and I really didnt mind (her bossiness 😂) as we managed to see all the attractions in good time and had sufficient time to take photos. attractions on the way: it was an extremely scenice drive although you really cant help but take naps itinerary: we were picked up before 5 am and drove for at least 4 hours across Utah, Arizona and Nevada before crossing the Glenn Canyon Dam, reaching the hiking point of horseshoe bend and eventually to the lower antelope canyon. group size: we had a huge group of 60 passengers and I wasn’t expecting that as I hoped for a smaller intimate group so this was the only down side

A excursão durou das 4h30 da manhã às 21h30 da noite, mas consegui dormir várias vezes durante as 1-2 horas de viagem de ônibus entre os pontos turísticos, então, em vez de ficar cansado, consegui relaxar. O motorista e guia era japonês, dirigia muito bem e a excursão foi tranquila. Eles nos forneceram sanduíches, maçãs e batatas fritas para o almoço, e foi ótimo poder comprar bebidas, doces e muita comida nas paradas para abastecer a cada duas horas. Todos os pontos turísticos tinham vistas espetaculares, paisagens que talvez só se veja uma vez na vida, e acho que definitivamente vale a pena participar da excursão. Embora tenha sido um dia longo, passou voando e nem percebi o tempo!

Que dia fantástico indo para o Grand Canyon, vendo um nascer do sol lindo e tirando fotos incríveis em Antelope. É muito bom conhecer os guias turísticos Andy e Saki, que são muito simpáticos, e agradecemos por nos ajudarem a tirar fotos bonitas. Tenha um ótimo dia:)

Picked up at Horseshoe Hotel at 4:50 (originally scheduled for 5:05, but we got a message in the morning saying the bus would arrive at 4:50, so everyone definitely needs to be ready early!). Finished around 19:00 in the evening (not sure if it's because everyone was punctual, but the guide said we finished 40 minutes ahead of schedule). Spent 9 hours on the bus the whole day, with one supermarket stop each way. Lunch included something like a submarine sandwich. We had about an hour each at Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. It felt a bit rushed, trying to juggle taking photos while fully appreciating this breathtaking natural wonder, but overall it was still pretty great! I think it was quite worth it. The tour guide occasionally told little stories on the bus about Las Vegas or Antelope Canyon. ❗️ (Everyone, remember to check whether the English-speaking or Chinese-speaking guide is cheaper. I was in a rush to pay and chose the English guide, which ended up being $10 more expensive than the Chinese guide!! 😭)

Tour guide Frank was very attentive and thorough in leading the tour. When an unexpected situation arose halfway (a flat tire), he handled it very efficiently. However, we still hope the company can equip the vehicles with spare tire changing tools. That said, we felt the guide's crisis management skills were already very good, and he adjusted the itinerary in a timely manner so that we could arrive at Antelope Canyon at the right time. Along the way, he also handed out lunch, water, and potato chips to keep our energy up! Overall, the tour guide made our trip go very smoothly and we learned a lot of stories about the attractions. Highly recommend tour guide Frank🫶🏻

Our tour guide, Justin, was incredibly dedicated, attentive, and responsible! He took great care of every traveler throughout the trip, and he did his best to assist with and fulfill any requests. It's especially worth noting that Justin meticulously organized the menus for both lunch and dinner, along with the unique features of each restaurant, making it much easier for us to choose our preferred meals. Additionally, he specially arranged a "Bonus Stargazing Tour," which added an unexpected and unforgettable surprise to our itinerary. We were absolutely delighted! The two-day, one-night itinerary was very well-planned, with excellent management of attractions, dining, and rest times. The entire trip felt fulfilling without being overly stressful, and we gained so much from it. We are also very grateful to Justin for his hard work driving long distances throughout the trip. Thank you for your efforts!

We were so lucky to have an amazing tour guide, MaMa, who was incredibly professional and thoughtful in her arrangements from early morning until night. The tour bus was also very new, and the chicken sandwich provided for lunch was quite good. This day trip was definitely worth it.

We chose to be picked up at the Venetian Hotel. We didn't receive any itinerary notifications before the trip, but we later found out that there was really no need to worry about communication at all 😍; just follow the instructions on the activity page! 👌🏻 On the morning of the tour, we arrived at the hotel lobby ten minutes before the meeting time, and the bus arrived five minutes before. The all-black large bus was very easy to spot. The lead guide (an English-speaking guide) got off the bus in person with a name list to check and register the travelers meeting at that hotel one by one. After confirming our identity, we signed in ourselves, which was very reassuring. 🙂‍↕️ Once on the bus, we learned that there were two guides, one speaking English and one speaking Chinese, and they seated the Chinese-speaking travelers together with the Chinese-speaking guide, which was very thoughtful! The bus was well-stocked with room-temperature bottled water, iced bottled water, potato chips, and provided a lunch snack box. Our main English-speaking guide, Jessie, was very passionate about this job and happily led travelers to enjoy the scenery that she also deeply loved. Throughout the trip, she introduced attractions with clear articulation, explained important information and itinerary previews clearly, constantly encouraged everyone to ask questions and express curiosity about the attractions, and very, very actively cared about the members' hydration 💖. The Chinese-speaking guide, Kevin, checked in at appropriate times to make sure the Chinese-speaking travelers understood the information provided by the English-speaking guide, shared guided tours of each attraction, and even enthusiastically recommended the best shooting angles and photography techniques at Horseshoe Bend, and even proactively offered to take photos of us together 😍. At the end of the tour, he carefully made sure that every Chinese-speaking group member was arranged to be dropped off at the correct location. The driver, Jacky, was quite experienced and steady, and you could tell he was a very senior tour bus driver. He was very focused during the driving and showed no signs of fatigue at all. During the first 2.5 hours of departure, we stopped at a place where we could buy snacks and use the restroom, and we also stopped at a supermarket before the end of the tour. For the Horseshoe Bend tour, the guides accompanied us the entire time, keeping an eye on everyone's safety and whereabouts at all times, so there was no worry of being left behind at the attraction. For the Lower Antelope Canyon tour, we were led by a local guide for about an hour, where we received a thorough introduction and plenty of amazing photos. Afterwards, there was also a visit to a very magnificent dam. Every single sight we visited throughout the day was breathtakingly beautiful 🥰. At the end of the tour, there was no compulsory tipping; instead, everyone was respected and encouraged to tip freely from the heart. Without hesitation, we expressed our satisfaction with the tour with a generous tip!
