A motorista era muito simpática. Nós não sabíamos que passaríamos por um torii gigante no caminho, e ela fez questão de nos avisar. Ainda bem que demos uma paradinha para tirar fotos, senão teríamos quase perdido um ponto turístico interessante!😆

First time staying in Kurashiki? I highly recommend Dormy Inn Kurashiki with Natural Hot Spring Achi-no-Yu ♨️
The hotel has both indoor and outdoor hot springs. You can even see the moon while soaking in the open-air bath at night – it's incredibly relaxing.
There are also many complimentary services, including drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen.
The massage chairs are also highly recommended; it's super comfortable to sit in them after a hot spring bath.
The location is excellent too. It's not far to walk to Kurashiki Station and Kurashiki Old Town. If it's your first time in Kurashiki, I highly recommend staying here! ✨

The hotel is located right across from the entrance to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, meaning you just cross the street and you're in the Bikan area. The hotel rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable. As far as chain hotels go, Ichigo Group will be an option I consider staying at in the future. However, the check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is earlier than other hotels. Other than that, I was very satisfied overall.

The hotel environment is clean! The front desk staff are friendly! We even received complimentary drinks upon check-in! The twin room was affordably priced, spacious, and included a bathtub. The room had a window with a sunny view of the parking lot (allowing two 29-inch suitcases to be opened simultaneously)! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options (the restaurant staff in the morning were very friendly and even gave our child a small gift)! Unlimited complimentary welcome tea and water were available during our stay! Parking was free for those driving. There's also a large shopping supermarket directly across from the hotel! Many restaurants are available nearby for dinner! We highly recommend this as the top choice for Taiwanese visitors traveling to Kurashiki! The next day, you can plan a visit to Kibitsu Shrine (approximately a 20-minute drive) and then continue on to explore Okayama City. 👍🏼

After watching videos shared online, I stayed for a week using a Klook discount. It's conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the station (bus, JR), a large supermarket, department stores, and the Bikan Historical Quarter. The room was clean and spacious enough, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring I got all the nutrients I needed daily. On the 11th floor, there's a space for drinks and dining in the evening (including basic utensils and a microwave), where you can also enjoy the night view. The public bath and washing machines are also traveler-friendly amenities. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality!

It was pouring rain that day, so we couldn't take a boat ride. Instead, we explored small shops in Kurashiki, ate snacks, made pancakes, enjoyed peach ice cream, had takoyaki, bought button hair accessories, visited the Momotaro Museum (old but funny), exchanged jelly, saw Snoopy and Miffy bread, found Sumikko Gurashi merchandise, browsed denim shops, explored free gardens, visited art museums, and had soba noodles for lunch. There was so much to do! We walked around in the rain from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. After lunch, we took the JR at 2:30 PM to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden! It was a great walk, and the 'Sanpo-ken' (walking pass) was very useful. The three of us bought five passes to use. You can't reuse them at the same store, and each person needs their own pass. For 250 yen, we had a great time for most of the day. It was beautiful and there were great things to buy! Excellent!

We were there on 5 April for our 5-yo daughter. The services were amazing, couldn’t have asked for more! The location is a big plus as it’s just an easy walk of 2 minutes from the riverside.

É um parque de diversões com uma sensação peculiar. Há muitas escadas, o que o torna cansativo. Para aqueles que têm dificuldade com as escadas, há rampas ou estruturas de madeira nas laterais. Não há um tema específico ou uma decoração bonita, mas há muitas crianças se divertindo, o que torna o ambiente animado. Nem todos os brinquedos são bem feitos, mas são aceitáveis, haha. Eu estava preocupado que não haveria muitas pessoas, mas havia mais do que eu esperava. A fila para entrar é longa. Quiosques não combinam com este lugar! Há apenas alguns guichês onde as pessoas vendem os ingressos um por um. Subir e descer as escadas e brincar com as crianças no palco principal, sentando e levantando, é muito divertido, haha. O céu estava um pouco nublado e a visibilidade era baixa, mas acho que a vista seria ótima em um dia ensolarado!
