very efficient service! please take note of the pick up time as it is different from the time that you booked. It is earlier, we overlooked that and almost missed it, but thankfully the driver gave us spare 5mins. the bus seat is very comfortable unti I slept for few hours. Recommendable!

We were late for the departure time. The staffs were kind enough to ask other passenger to exchange tickets with us, so they could go earlier and we could go on another bus 30 mins later. Thanks the staffs and the passenger that exchanged tickets with us :)

its a nice experience. if you go to the terminal. you will go to window 15 to redeem your rq code. you will get physical ticket in exchange. just go to the bus and wait to depart. the bus was comfortable for 2 hours sleep and smooth travel.

Buy ticket directly at the counter is cheaper but book on Klook is faster, more convenient and secure you a seat. The counter is located near the entrance, the last one. After getting the ticket, you can go out side and find the bus. it is easy to find.

The shared city transfer between Pattaya and Bangkok booked through Klook was very convenient and well-organized. It was great not having to wait in long lines to get a ticket. However, the advertised free baggage allowance wasn’t provided, and I had to pay 20 THB for my luggage. Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and the journey was comfortable. A good option for hassle-free travel!

please buy from here. i went to ekkamai on Thursday to buy ticket to Pattaya for Saturday. they dont sell earlier ticket. the queue lineup is worst. then i decided to get the tickets from Klook. just extra price RM2-3 than Ekkamai counter, but no need to queue up. need to change digital ticket to physical ticket, but no need to get into long queue because they provides special counter from online platform to claim the physical ticket. very convenient. also if you go to station to buy ticket, cannot guarantee you can get immediate bus. i went queue at normal ticket counter at 1100hrs, next available ticket is 1500hrs. then they change to 1530. same as Pattaya to Ekkamai, i claimed the ticket at 1130am. but the normal counter ticket shows next bus is 1530hrs. luckily we have Klook here. but. the real counter to claim physical tickets is counter 31. not 28 as Klook mentioned.
