Had an incredible day in Bali, starting with a serene Balinese massage that melted away all the stress. The relaxation continued with the Bali Hai Dinner Cruise, where we were treated to a free cocktail, nibbles, a delicious buffet, and an amazing live show that kept us entertained throughout the evening. The evening began with our driver picking us up from the hotel and taking us to the spa for a truly rejuvenating Balinese massage. The expert masseuses worked their magic, leaving us feeling completely refreshed and ready for the cruise. The highlight was definitely the dinner cruise. We watched the stunning sunset over the ocean, and later, the moonlight added a magical touch to the night. The buffet offered a variety of mouth-watering dishes, and the free cocktail was a perfect touch. The live show added a fun and lively atmosphere, making the entire experience unforgettable. Our driver was punctual and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bali in style. From the pick up the driver was attentive timely and friendly. The staff at the spa was friendly and helpful. they offered us ginger tea before and after the service. We absolutely enjoyed the whole spa service. the massage body scrub moisture rub and the flower bath. Then we went to the cruise were we were greeted by the most delightful staff. There was good music as we set sail. The staff helped us to get the best photos. Then there delicious food buffet style accompanied by a live performance. The band was great and the singer's voice was amazing. Later they surprised myself and another guest with birthday song, cake and a complimentary drink. We both really appreciated it. Finale there was the grand show. It was fantastic. we were throughly entertained. 10/10 would recommend this cruise. Our driver got us back to our hotel safe and happy.

Klook states cocktails are included. The operator did not honour this and only included 1 free cocktail. Disappointed because I booked specifically because of this for my birthday. Cruise was ok, did laps around the river. Entertainment was good but seemed rushed. Will be requesting a refund as we were not given what we paid for and what was advertised via Klook.
