Despite small but functional room, not bad value for central Tokyo and its location close to Central Station. Quiet with the window closed albeit aircon pretty poor but ok at this time of the year with the window open.might get hot in the summer. Lots of great little bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Pros: Convenient location near Tokyo station and other JR/ subway lines. Super clean hotel, helpful staff, convenient locker room to leave luggage, fresh breakfast, great sound insulation from the street noises. I slept well.
Cons: Single rooms are located on a smoking floor however FYI. The mattress was hard.

Ótimo Close to Tokyo station and clean room and friendly staff. The included breakfast was good enough. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a short train ride to Ginza.
