Only complaint was that the sheets and bedcover had stains. Also not enough towels or wash cloths provided.

The room was clean and very spacious. It is an older building so you can hear people walking above you and if you're by the stairs, there is a lot of creaking. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Breakfast optional, but well worth the 18 Euro. Multiple choices of fresh fruit. Room was very clean. Bathroom spotless. Beds comfortable. More than adequate storage. Pleasant staff, always helpful.Excellent value.Older property but modernizing. Shows care in design

We arrived early, hoping to drop out cases until check-in time whilst we began exploring the city. In the event we were offered an upgrade to a larger room that was ready for occupation, which of course we accepted.
The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable seating area and very comfortable beds. The room was a little too hot on the first night, but we turned the thermostatic valves on all of the radiators down to "frost protect" and it was much more comfortable on our second night.
We had booked breakfast inclusive and we pleased with the range of items offered.
A real bonus was the availability of complimentary hot drinks throughout the day (until 9pm).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A really pleasurable stay in a good location to explore the city.
