This little boutique hotel is quaint and affordable, good for a night’s stay or two. But I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. There are very few amenities to speak of and the complimentary breakfast is merely some mini bread. Coffee came from a machine and is available all day, as well as hot water for tea and miso. The room is ample; we got the one with a bunk bed which delighted my kid. The room is quite bare: no kettle, refrigerator, satellite tv or smart tv. The only complimentary items were toothbrushes and slippers. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at, it is definitely skimpy. However, the decor is cute and whimsical. There are card games and traditional wooden toys in the common area to entertain minutes lounging. They did show the World Cup soccer matches on TV when they were playing live, but most times the TV is off. Like I said, I wouldn’t stay here longer, but for an overnight or two, it was convenient (supermarket across the street, 7/11 on the ground floor, a Keihan station a block’s walk away.)

We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The lobby was too crowded most of the time to use the amenities very much, but when it was less busy it was nice!

This was a great and easy stay for us. We were just two people and it was all we needed and in a convenient location. Traveling with a family may be difficult at this one but perfect for two people there is a 7 Eleven right next door easy for snacks and drinks for the room. The hotel has a nice little refrigerator drawer too

We did not enjoy this hotel. We had a three night reservation and we were so uncomfortable that we left after one night. The room was tiny and depressing and felt dirty. The beds made so much noise with every movement that no one could sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. It was nice that they had coffee and water and a lounge area in the lobby but honestly you really need that with rooms that have no space. It was not our style but it was the complete unsleepableness and feeling that things were not clean that made us leave.

The room was small but efficient for us. It felt dark due to the black walls but it was clean and beds were comfy. Laundry facilities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee, water and ice. The location was perfect. A block from the camel and right next to 7/11.

It's cheap.. It shows. Thin mattress on a board, worlds smallest lumpy pillow. Rooms are not cleaned, they tell you this up front. Tired and worn out hotel. We are all sore, even kids, from the bed, the covers are a nightmare. Spend a little more, stay at a nicer place so you can enjoy your visit. PLEASE, don't reply that you appreciate my input and care.... as you have been saying it years and no changes made based on your reviews which I should have read before booking.

The rooms were clean, quiet and adequate. a/c was great. we liked the ability to do laundry and coffee and water all the time in the lobby. I would stay at this hotel again, highly recommend.

Loved the hotel, very cool building. Staff were very helpful and were very easy to help. I had a bit of an issue with my cleaning schedule, I think I accidentally left my “do not disturb” sign on the door one day, so make sure you take that off if you want cleaning haha. Loved the place! Thanks for a great stay!
