Location of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast good. Staff need to have more training because we experience few times not so friendly and attentive. Smoking are not allow on the guest rooms floor yet some customer still smoke at the lift waiting area...we were wondering the floor CCTV is not working?

This hotel is walking distance to the Bell Tower and also has a Metro entrance close by, which is handy if you need to get to Xian North Station. Overall a good hotel, which is ideal for couples, due the bathroom set up.

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to China! Very modern rooms, well equipped with every amenity you could need! Breakfast was exceptional!! Less than 5 min walk to the Bell Tower! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

This hotel is in a great central location in Xian. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has great amenities including gym, laundry, a great breakfast, and afternoon tea. The room was clean and modern.

The hotel is near Metro, Zhonglou exit H. The room is clean and neat. There is free laundry which you have used the washer and dryer at lobby level. The staff is helpful.
