Laundry was very convenient

We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel during our trip to Japan. The hotel was within a comfortable walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around while still being in a quiet and comfortable area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a first-time visitor to Japan traveling with my two teenagers, I appreciated how easy everything was to navigate. The key-code room entry system was simple and convenient, even for travelers coming from the United States. Our room had a queen bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for our family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The hot water was excellent, and the hotel provided helpful amenities, including slippers and toiletries. I also liked that guests could choose whether they wanted room cleaning service or privacy during their stay. The hotel offers coin-operated laundry facilities and vending machines on-site, both of which were very easy to use and convenient during our trip. A complimentary breakfast was also included. Although we didn’t have a chance to eat there because we already had plans each morning, the breakfast area looked inviting and the food smelled delicious. Most importantly, my children and I always felt safe and comfortable walking to and from the station and returning to the hotel after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, Super Hotel made our first trip to a foreign country feel smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was okay except the size of the room, which was so cramped we can barely move inside.

The room was cleaned and I also like that after checking out you’re allow to leave your luggage and pick it up before midnight. My only complaint was the room was small.

Breakfast is great. Good location

Near ueno station and near a lot of food establishments

the room is very small. The breakfast is very good. the front desk reception can not speak English, looks not friendly. no smile and with cold welcome.

Room is very small. Hallways are old, need new flooring. Breakfast is ok and I appreciate that it is included. I appreciate free drinks offered. I like keypad entry, no need to search for card key to open the door.

Yes

A little far from the station, but otherwise convenient location. Really clear policies about cleaning, bonus snack if you bring your own toothbrush. Recommended.
