【Kids’ Water Play Area Rectification Works from 03 – 09 May 2026】

The hotel will undertake essential safety rectification work on the kids’ water play flooring from 03 – 09 May 2026. During this period, the kids’ water play area including the slides will be temporarily closed.

To keep the fun going, the swimming pool will remain open as usual while our Vibe Team keeps you entertained with exciting activities throughout the day. The kids’ water play area and slides will reopen on 10 May 2026.

Deposit Policy

A security deposit of RM200 per room per night for incidentals is collected at check-in and refunded after check-out if no charges apply. Release of funds for credit card holds may take several business days depending on the issuing bank.

Renovation : Please be advised that Hard Rock Hotel Penang will be undertaking Phase 1 of our scheduled renovation works for selected rooms and the Rock Royalty Lounge from 30 March 2026 until November 2026. During this period, the hotel will continue to operate as usual with the remaining rooms available for booking. Alternative arrangements will be provided in lieu of the club lounge benefits. Hotel facilities including restaurants, swimming pool and gym will remain fully operational. Please note that noise disruption will be limited to 10am until 6pm daily.
