Staff was terrific

I stayed here for a week and loved it. Great location with Otsuka station a short stroll from the hotel. The beds were one of the comfiest beds I have experienced in Japan. The breakfast choices were great, delicious and a generous serving, you will not be left hungry! The staff are also amazing and so friendly making you feel really welcome from the start. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great hotel for a 1st visit to Japan in the heart of Tokyo. The convenience of being across from the train station on the Yamanote line was unparalleled and the hotel is well kept, modern, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, breakfast choices were good and all tasty, service was friendly and kind. The area feels residential and calm in a way that is restful after the chaos and intensity of Tokyo neon while still being super close (15-25 min) to main destinations, parks, & sightseeing by train. There is a great shopping center in the train station called Atre that our group of 4 highly recommend for easy, affordable meals. The hotel held our luggage for us after checkout for free before we left for the airport which was very convenient. One improvement would be the laundry area, amenities selection, and water refill station. The laundry, microwave, and water refill station are all in one room which is small and gets hot. We didn't need to use laundry machines, but this is something to note if you do need them. Only 2 machines and dryers on site. There is also only 1 water refill station and it would have been nicer to have one on each floor. The amenities were bare basics. They could have provided skincarefl free of charge (cleanser, moisturizer) as was done in other hotels. This didn't affect our stay very much, just a note for the hotel. All in all, super impressed with the hotel, the staff and the location. Book it!

There were only 2 blankets for 3 people, oir keycaeds stopped working every few days, there should be more then 2 washers and dryers for the entire building. I went to the laundry room at 6am to wash my kids clothes and there was a soman using all 4 machines (2 wahing machines and 2 dryers) from 6am to past 11am. There were other families waiting and getting frustrated
