Beautiful location. Hotel is dated but you can’t beat the view. Spa could have been warmer.

I liked the access to thermal baths inside the property. Although most bubble bath equipment worked, a few jets were out of order.

The beds are very old and uncomfortable. The room is clean and spacious. The water temperature from the pools are lower than the other surrounding hotels or spas.

Room, service and restaurant were excellent. We enjoyed the warm water pools with all the snow around. We shall surely return in summer time to compare the seasons.
