Really friendly and helpful staff. We were originally booked on the 2nd floor that was a bit loud and smelled of cigarette smoke. When we asked to be moved to a higher floor, they immediately offered a room on the 5th floor. Much better! The corridors are worn and in need of new carpet and paint. Breakfast is complete with mostly Asian offerings - very tasty but always cold and non-working toaster. The location is good for cheap eats right next door. And it's walking distance to Sutera Harbour where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. A long, hot walk or an easy Grab ride to the center of town and the ferry to the islands.

Abaixo da média Cracked walls in our room...the aircond need to service..
It is a strategic place to stay but the hotel have to do some improvement in terms of the maintenance of the guest room.
