We’ve stayed here for two weeks and this hotel is by far the best in service. From the cleaning staff, front desk, concierge, spa to the restaurant staff…everyone was respectful and polite. The hotel was super clean and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the pool, free snacks and soft drinks in the room. Water stations on every floor. Clean Laundry room. Free onsen spa sauna and steam room. It’s really one of the best hotels we stayed at. (We’ve stayed at many old Starwood and Marriott properties) Thank you Miramar Garden! We will be back!

We believe poked this hotel because of the advertised airport shuttle- BUT there is no airport shuttle! There is a shuttle running the MRT station that is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. While the hotel is nice, it is not near anything that tourists would usually see.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. They provided a sturdy cot for our child & at every breakfast we had a highchair & plastic cutlery ready at our table. The amenities were brilliant and everywhere was kept incredibly clean. The only frustration we had was with the very limited vegetarian food options at breakfast and discovering that even the omelettes were at risk of cross contamination. Although the hotel isn’t very far from the closest train station (5-10 min walk) there was a free shuttle bus which was really helpful during the rain!

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast. Staff was nice except for the omelet station girl/ boy who had an attitude because I asked for a firm omelet instead of a runny one. I had to make him/her put it back on the fire. My husbands omelet was just runny. Also they could do better with the welcome drink. 5 people in 2 rooms and all you give is 4 coupons (2 per room) and the welcome drink is only a can of coke and sprite. For such a big hotel you all can do better. We only spent one night before we left for Japan. Location not like Ximinding but not bad to walk and get what you want. Zhangxiao runs parallel and quite busy good for pedestrian but civic boulevard is CRAZY with bottleneck traffic at rush hours, so much noise at THAT TIME.
