I booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The furniture wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom, however, need some improvement. The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently located near the room. The pools were clean, and the sea was amazing. The aquapark at Stella Gardens was fantastic, and the shuttle bus was available throughout the day. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including salads, fruits, and desserts. While the quality may not have been premium, it was still very good. The snacks, however, were not that good. The staff was very helpful, especially during checkout. My wife slipped in the bathroom, and we had to leave one night earlier than planned. The team was very understanding and even prepared meals for our road trip. Enjoyable!

Great place to relax for a few days. Extensive buffet, lots of selection at every meal. Nice to walk along beach. Can't swim from beach, too shallow, but there is a long dock with access to deep water. Only negative was front desk -- checking out and getting taxi can be challenging.

Clean, good food, staff are amazing my only draw back was lack of Egyptian music within the entertainment.

I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream. It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. We’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and I’ve never experienced it before where the bar staff are so impolite. One barman slammed my mum’s drinks down because she asked for more than two. The food is ok but there’s often very large queues, which again we haven’t been used to at hotels of this standard. Sales people constantly go round the poolside trying to sell you trips and excursions, which is understandable but sometimes stops you from being able to relax. In the evening, the only area to sit and have a drink is by the entertainment, which is very loud. I think the hotel would benefit from opening another bar area or having the mini disco away from this main entertainment area. Due to these issues this hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to lots of similarly rated hotels (including other hotels in Egypt) and this is unfortunately the worst we’ve experienced in a while. If they improve their management and stop charging extra for everything this could be a great hotel!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were great and clean. the food was amazing and diverse. the lobby was very nice. the view from the rooms was very amazing and wonderful. health restrictions for Covid-19 was very high.
