Best location, direct to and from Narita airport . The hotel is right outside of the station. Area around is clean., there are some restaurants and convenience stores near by .Staff is helpful and friendly . I would stay here again in future .

We enjoyed our stay at this APA, and had 2 rooms as a family of 4. Staff was friendly and the rooms were spotless. The space was a little tight, as it can be in Japan. Rooms were extremely quiet. Location was excellent with access to the subway about 30 seconds from the front entrance. There was a laundromat just down the street and restaurants right nearby. Our only complaint was the check-in process. They have these large bulky machines in front of the desk, and the staff still has to help you with it. It was like they were trying to automate it but it didn't work without staff. They took up precious space in the tiny lobby and we felt it was super inefficient and ineffective. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

it was a room. Ive stayed in worse but id look for other accommodations before i went back. they aren't' doing anything wrong....but they also aren't going any farther at all.

It’s very nice and professional staff are working their, One my small concern is the bathroom is very small and is not easy to get in or get out …. Otherwise good location very close to the subway station and a lot good places around ….

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet, and had a cafe/bar within it. Local restaurants were close by and could accomodate english speakers. Local pharmacies, conbini and supermarket within walking distance. Train station very close by, with Asakusabashi a 10 minute walk away too. Akihabara also a close walk or train ride away if you want to do some shopping. The room and bathroom is very small as most business hotels there are but its cosy, comfortable any warm after a long day outside. Cleaning was impeccable, with a mandatory clean every 3 days. A new towel, face towel, toiletries and green tea/coffee satchet was delivered daily. Staff were present at the front desk and very kind and helpful. There is a microwave and vending machine with drinks on level 2. I would stay again, as the area was quiet but still had people around, so it was easy to grt a good night sleep.
