Fantástico Professional from the moment we entered the hotel. Mount Fuji view was beautiful from our first floor window.

El cuarto del hotel espectacular, con una vista al monte Fuji preciosa. El staff es muy atento y servicial lo único inconveniente es que no están las 24 horas. Muy limpio, amplio y con un estacionamiento bien amplio. Lo recomiendo 100%

Most space out of any hotel I have stayed and the whole space was very clean and tidy. Both hotel staff workers that we interacted with were very kind and helpful and you can even order a taxi to the station for ease of transportation.

The property is like a new apartment with a wonderful view of Mount Fuji. It’s located in a very quiet with free parking and only about 20mins drive to local attractions.

We thought this was a great facility - clean and modern. Beautiful! BUT, you need to walk about 4 blocks for breakfast from a convenience store. Suggest the hotel have a minimal continental breakfast such as croissants, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing is in walking distance - had to take taxis to go anywhere.
