Nice hotel. Yummy breakfast buffet. You get a lot of bang for the buck.

The hotel is clean and nice but the rooms are very small. They are not made for 4 people when they provide 3 beds.

The rooms are small as all Japanese hotel rooms, if traveling with a family of 5, beds are not big enough for the kids. You will need another room. (Speacially if they are teens)

Great property, close to the train, 7-11s and the mall. Great value. Clean, smells awesome, super friendly staff. Arts and crafts for the kids was a great plus

The staff and hospitality was amazing. Great for families or traveling alone. The only thing to know is the rooms are a little tight. Got a 3 bedroom for my family of 4. Wife and I in one and one for each of our young teens. The bed was too narrow for the wife and I to be in bed without cuddling. Staff alerted us when we checked in and offered an additional room for $75. Soooooo worth it and made the experience that much more enjoyable for the entire family. Breakfast is FANTASTIC!!! Lots of little things made the stay a memorable one. It’s also right next to the bus terminal at Kyoto station. So easy to get around without having to go in three station.

Absolutely beautiful property with great service! Gorgeous spacious rooms with a great view. Pjs and slippers were provided. Many amenities also included in the lobby and a social time in the afternoon to enjoy beer, sake, and light bites. By far my favorite hotel of our trip. Also, luggage delivery from here was a breeze. 1000% recommend.

Location is quite convenient. Few blocks from Kyoto station and plenty eating options

Found protective layer for bed have black patches on one side. Even the bed sheet have small patch.

The rooms were a good size – we got the two singles option for me and my daughter. Hotel is conveniently located a three minute walk away from Kyoto station. The breakfast buffet was OK, nothing to ride home to Mom about. Bus stops were conveniently located near the hotel to get you around Kyoto.
