Great hotel

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Close to the train station and the area was wonderful to walk around (excellent restaurants and shops). The hotel was perfect- spotlessly clean, stylish decor, beautiful baths, and kind staff. Will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Marriott Courtyard Hotel; one of the limousine bus stop service locations from Narita airport. Upon arriving and leaving, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room and bathroom was very spacious. We got free bottled water everyday and our room were clean daily. We appreciated the clean and hot pool at public bathhouse. Which we used 4 out of the 6 nights. It really saved our feet and aching bodies from all the walking we did. I would definitely rebooked.

Most comfortable combination of bed/bedding/pillow I’ve had in a hotel room bar none. Very bright, love the color drenched hallways/areas. Very good location, and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again!

Newly built hotel. The room are a good size. Very well located near main metro lines. And the rooms prices are fair. My favourite hotel in Tokyo always book there.

Room is little small. But other than that all good.

Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast was more of traditional Japanese style so it took some getting used to

Clean, comfortable, new hotel right in the middle of Ginza and surrounded by excellent food and shopping. An easy walk to the subway lines.

Nice clean modern hotel. Well sized bathrooms. Centrally connected good stay for Tokyo.
