The rooms are very small, if you are going for 2 nights or so it’s manageable but bathrooms are like cruise ship bathrooms. They are like a plastic small capsule. Staff was nice. Breakfast wasn’t great and even though it’s says until 10AM after 9:30 AM they won’t take you.

Rooms were clean but super small. We had two adults and two kids and got a double room. The bed will physically only fit one person, should never be sold as a 4 person room. We just got a second room but get annoying. Hotels.com does not disclose that well

Lobby at 2nd floor is front desk with very helpful and friendly staff. We frequent the amenities counter daily - stocked with all basics including bath powder, toothbrush and paste, razor, hair clip and band etc. there’s something for everyone. Cafe machine here gets utilized a lot too. Room layout works. Twin size beds are doable. Pillow is not too comfy/firm but blanket and bed is comfortable. Heated toilet seat! A plus to have. Shower head pressure jets are strong and water steamy hot. Very comfortable stay. Very quiet and no noise. Laundry machine works well.

Fantástico
Great location, super clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. I had a carry on suitcase and it was ok and travelling alone. With two people this would be way too small. But as a solo traveler and carry on bag and back pack was fine. Would recommend. Was to get to everywhere from here

Really great hotel the location is amazing near the train station and lots of restaurants around the area. 5 mins walk to ginza. Amenities toiletries and facility and staff are great!!!! Everything you need will definitely be in this hotel. 5 stars!!!!
