酒店位置超方便，好近屋台食肆及好多便利店。亦都好近中州川端站，只需要三至5分鐘就到酒店。酒店嘅位置去博多或者去天神都好近，只需要步行15至20分鐘就到。酒店方面清潔一般，亦都好多塵埃響架上，廁所浴室清潔OK。床舖一般，毛巾算乾淨。超多插頭去到邊度，都可以插到電。

We have a young child with us. We arrived around noon and the staff informed us our room was not ready. Then we checked again around 2pm and again same answer. Finally we tried to check in at 3:55pm and the staff told us no early check in. Why didn’t they tell us that the first time around? Then at 4pm there was a long line of people waiting to check in and since it’s self check in, it took a long time for us to get checked in. The air-conditioner was not working, we had to call to get resetted. There is no room service at all during our 4-day visit. The fridge is stuffed full of non complementary beverages which leave no room for our food.

Ótimo The location was great-right in the middle of Fukuoka between Hakata and Tenjin. We stayed on a Saturday and things quieted down by 10PM. The room had seen better days-the lock on the bathroom was broken and the areas around the beds looked a little beat up. The remote check in worked okay (make sure you do it before you arrive or the process takes a lot longer) but one guy got assigned the same room as us-we had the correct door code and he didn’t do he requested help from the staff while we settled in. We didn’t see him again, so assumed he got taken care of. Overall, the cost makes sense for the location but the room and setup itself could be improved.

404号室エアコンが故障していた、音だけがうるさく寝付けなかった。土足厳禁とあるが、入る前に解るように表記していてほしい、スリッパに履き替えたら気を付けないと滑って転びそうだった、特に年寄りだと危険では。その他の設備は問題なく満足です。であい橋のイルミネーションがクリスマスバージョンの時期で部屋から眺められ良かった。またいつの日か中州に行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。
